AFLAS (TFE/P — Tetrafluoroethylene/Propylene) is a fluoroelastomer with unique resistance to steam, hot water, bases, amines, and polar solvents that challenge conventional fluoroelastomers like Viton. With excellent electrical insulation and resistance to oil field chemicals, AFLAS is the preferred choice for downhole packers, wellhead seals, steam injection equipment, and chemical processing applications where amine and steam resistance is critical.
