Polyurethane (PU) rubber is renowned for its outstanding mechanical properties, particularly abrasion resistance which can be up to 10× better than natural rubber. It offers an exceptionally wide hardness range (20–95 Shore A), excellent load-bearing capacity, and resistance to oils, solvents, and weathering. Used extensively in industrial rollers, seals, wheels, and high-wear components.
